1. How do you handle returns?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Any product can be returned if you are not happy with it in accordance to our policy. *Please just make sure that all returned products.
Reports of damages, shortages and order discrepancies must be received within 5 days upon the arrival of your package.
If you have a special circumstance (i.e. Birthday gift to be given in 6 weeks) just let us know when you make your purchase so that we can extend your return time. To notify us when ordering online, please include the date you wish to extend your return time in the "Special Instructions" comment field of the Payment Information Page.
2. What happens if my items is out of stock? Do you backorder?
If one or more item on your order is out of stock we will backorder it/them, and ship the entire order. Back ordered items will be sent to you once they arrive.
3. How do you handle shipping? Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? What about International Orders?
Shipping through the continental United States:
All shipping including to APO/FPOs is done through the United States Postal Service priority mail which is delivered in an average of 2 -3 days. The shipping rate is based on weight not quantity of items. Overnight service is available through Federal Express.
International Shipping, Hawaii and Alaska
The flat rate shipping charge is $15.95 for every order up to $75, $23.95 for orders over $75. Orders will be delivered via the United States Postal Service Global Airmail, delivery times are determined pending the destination.
